Mt. Takao – Part 1

A few weeks ago, we hiked Mt. Takao with some friends.  Mt. Takao is located about 1 hour west of Tokyo (via train), on the eastern edge of the Kanto Mountains.  There are several different hiking trails which lead to the top of the 599 meter mountain.

The temperature on Mt. Takao was slightly cooler than being in Tokyo, but the haze of the city was not far away.

seebeautiful - Hi Shelley – How are you!? I thought Mt. Takao was beautiful…well, until we went to Nagano last week. I can’t wait to share the photos!
