There are an endless number of places to run or walk in the city… Some locations are a little crazier than others… Anyone up for a hill workout…?
Located in Ueno Park, the Toshogu Shrine was built in 1617 (various dates are listed on-line). 256 copper and stone lanterns line the path leading up to the shrine. Shawn counted all 256 lanterns, just to make sure they were all there!
We brought a camera with us on one of our morning runs and captured a few images. The leaves are huge… Some of the cars are very small…
